I have experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients of all ages.
I specialize in working with adjustment issues — with those who feel overwhelmed by life transitions or feel stuck in current situations and are ready for change. My childhood and adolescence were spent moving around Europe, and I worked for three years with refugees in Seattle. These experiences have helped foster my passion and understanding of issues unique to international, multicultural, and relocated individuals.
Some other issues I cover include:
- Emotional disregulation
- Low self-esteem
- Post-traumatic stress
- Process of self-discovery
- Relationship issues
- Grief and Loss
